Terms & Conditions
Please read all these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of the services by you (the customer). By booking any of my services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions before paying your deposit to confirm your booking.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: I retain and use all information strictly under the privacy policy. I may contact you by using email or other electronic communication methods and by phone, and you expressly agree to this. (Please see Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page)
BOOKING POLICY FOR STUDIO APPOINTMENTS: A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Unless this has been received your preferred time/date remains open for a another client to book. Account details will be sent to you for bank transfer.
Please include your name as the reference with all payments.

You will need to pay your remaining balance no less than 72 hours prior to your appointment day, a reminder will be sent to you. If this does not happen then your appointment will become available to other clients and you risk losing your deposit.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME: Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late it maybe unlikely that the full service you booked can be carried out (if at all depending on the service booked), however you remain liable for the full cost of the service booked. This will be discussed in person if the situation arises.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STUDIO APPOINTMENTS: At VersaStyle by Laura I work on a mutual respect of time so please kindly let me know as soon as you possibly can if you need to cancel/ rearrange your appointment. This can be done via private message my Facebook or Instagram account, or you can email me at versastylebylaura@gmail.com. I please ask that clients give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
Any cancellations made outside of the 48 hours of your appointment date will be refunded minus your 25% non refundable deposit (this can be transferred to a new date). If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment date you will not be able to transfer your deposit to a new date.
Any no shows will not receive a refund. After a no show you will be required to pay in full for any future bookings.

BOOKING POLICY FOR WEDDINGS: Once a date and time has been agreed, I require a deposit of 25% of your total amount payable. My services for your date are only confirmed once this payment has been received. A trial will then be booked in for you (payable separately before the trial date). If in the unlikely event we find we are not the right fit for each other at the trial, your Wedding day deposit will be refunded to enable you to secure services elsewhere. The trial payment is non refundable.

You will need to pay your remaining balance no less than 2 weeks prior to your Wedding day, a reminder will be sent to you. If this does not happen then I will assume you no longer require my services for your day and your deposit will not be refunded.

Travel within 10 miles of my Canterbury studio is included in the fee, mileage outside of this will be chargeable. Any parking, toll or congestion fees will also be added to the prices quoted. Please send postcode for quotation.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WEDDINGS: Please note that once you have chosen me for your special day this means I have reserved that date exclusively for you. I am honoured to be part of your day. Therefore, I ask that clients please give at least 2 weeks notice if you need to cancel my services. Please either private message my Facebook or Instagram account, or you can email me at versastylebylaura@gmail.com.
Any cancellations made outside of the 2 weeks of your Wedding date will be refunded minus your 25% non refundable deposit.. (If your Wedding has to be rescheduled I am happy to move your deposit to the new date)
If you cancel within 1 week of your Wedding date you will not be able to transfer your deposit to a new date. (with exceptions such as if you or your bride/groom contract Covid, resulting in your Wedding needing to be rescheduled, at which point the deposit and balance can be transferred at my disgression)
